Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
We ship artwork with professional care and secure packaging.
Estimated shipping timelines will be provided at checkout. The Carbon Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the carrier.
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or materially different from its description.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographs of the issue. We will work promptly to resolve the matter.

Commissioned works are subject to a separate written commission agreement outlining deposit requirements, timelines, revisions, and payment terms.
